01 / See what's actually keeping you stuck
Most of what holds a capable founder back lives underneath the surface, in beliefs and patterns you keep circling without quite seeing. We start by getting underneath it, so you're working on the real thing and not the symptom. Tarot comes in here where it helps, as a mirror that brings the pattern into the open so we can look at it together.

You've probably been trying to lead like someone you're not. We look at how you're actually wired, your strengths, your decision-making style, your energy, with Human Design as one of the tools. You come away knowing what to lean into, what to stop forcing, and how to make decisions that actually fit you.

Transformational Coaching
Best if: you want to work through one specific thing you're trying to move forward, privately, at your own pace.
Three months together, around six sessions, meeting every other week, with homework and support in between. We build the whole thing around one goal you want to achieve in your business or career, and I weave in tarot and Human Design as tools to get underneath what's really going on. You leave able to make the call yourself, not just this time but the next time too.
GROUP COACHING
Wired to Lead
Best if: you want to do this alongside a small group of women founders, over a structured twelve weeks, following a proven path.
A twelve-week group programme for women founders, built around four movements: unlearn the conditioning, know your wiring, put down the load, lead from within. A small founding cohort, so it's curated by application rather than open enrolment. You keep the tools you build, forever.

About
I've spent eighteen years driving growth across APAC, in fintech, connectivity, SaaS and agencies. These days I bring that same commercial thinking together with intuitive tools, tarot and Human Design, to help founders get underneath what's really going on and move on the thing they're trying to achieve.
Because over the years, working with founders, I kept noticing the same thing. The strategy would be sound. The plan made sense. We'd both know exactly what needed to happen next. And then it wouldn't happen, because something underneath was in the way. The doubt. The people-pleasing. The weight they were quietly carrying. The logic was never the problem.
What I came to see is that the inner work is just as crucial as the strategy. You can have the right offer, the right positioning, the right plan, and still not move, until you trust yourself to lead it.

We work through whatever's live for you. Some sessions we'll pull a card or two to see what wants surfacing, some we won't, we use tarot where it feels useful. When what you're working on is more of a business or strategy question, I bring that side in too.
